We offer a range of exercise classes, each designed to suit clients from all backgrounds and activity levels. Our classes are taught by experienced physiotherapists and exercise physiologists and run on a weekly basis, with early morning and evening times available.

A fun and challenging class that focuses on building strength, cardio, and balance.

Matwork Pilates
Taught by the very experienced Shauna Downes, utilising her Pilates expertise to increase overall strength.

Purpose Condition

Strength and Balance
Designed for 65+ year olds to improve mobility, flexibility, strength, and balance.

Ortho Rehab
Circuit style class for clients who are waiting to undergo surgery or are in rehab following a knee/hip replacement.

SEMIPRIVATE CLASSES

Max. of 3 clients – 45-minute duration

Clinical Pilates
Personalised guided Pilates exercises, tailored to the individual and their needs, improving overall strength.

Clinical Conditioning
Clinical guidance to improve technique and build core, upper body, and lower body strength.
