Josh also enjoys skiing and endurance sports.

Previously, Josh worked as a mechanic before deciding that he wanted to help people perform to their maximum ability. Josh studied a Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science at ACU before joining the Sydney Swans as a full-time performance analyst in 2020. At the completion of the 2020 season, he decided to return to study, completing a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology, also at ACU.

Josh loves working with people to achieve their goals through the use of exercise, including long-term athletic development, injury rehabilitation and a range of chronic conditions. He is passionate about promoting exercise to improve both health and performance, whether it is on the field or around the house.
