Our Purpose physiotherapists have a wealth of experience when it comes to aquatic physiotherapy (Hydrotherapy), including completing Aquatic Physiotherapy Level 1 Training and working in the following settings:
  • Outpatient rehabilitation (traumatic injuries, lower back injuries and joint replacement surgery).
  • Inpatient rehabilitation (acute total knee replacement, total hip replacement, lumbar spine surgery).
  • Group and 1 on 1 private hydrotherapy sessions for guided rehab of several common musculoskeletal injuries including lower back injuries, rotator cuff problems, hip pain, knee pain and even respiratory health.
  • NDIS 1 on 1 sessions for people suffering from a variety of disabilities for pain management, stretching, balance and mobility.

General practitioner referred chronic health care plans. Do you have a chronic injury or pain? You are entitled to 5 visits to an allied health practitioner as referred by your general practitioner or doctor. Purpose Healthcare supports this and has elite communication between the parties involved in your care. We speak to your GP regularly surrounding your return to pre-morbid lifestyle.

General practitioners will love:

• An initial patient summary report.

• A mid report of services for progress updates.

• A summary discharge or continuation of care letter.

In our workplace pre-screening medicals we will work alongside your rehabilitation service provider. We always have the capacity to take on pre-employment medical screening assessments. By allocating time in our week to assist your clientele we maintain quick yet thorough screenings. This ensures that the designated role can be filled sooner.
