Position: Exercise Physiologist
Micah grew up on the South Coast of NSW and later moved to Wollongong, where he completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation and became an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. He now lives in Bulli and enjoys being part of the local coastal community.
Movement and sport have always played a major role in Micah’s life. He grew up surfing and playing representative football (soccer) and continues to have a strong passion for the game. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through football and futsal, as well as surfing and spending as much time as possible in and around the ocean.
Micah has experience working with local football and rugby league clubs, supporting athletes with performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. He has also been involved in the organisation of community surfing groups and events. Micah values the importance of connection and enjoys cultivating healthy social communities and positive spaces through movement and exercise.
Micah is passionate about rehabilitation and long-term condition management. He has a particular interest in supporting individuals living with chronic pain to regain confidence, improve function, and return to their best selves through tailored, evidence-based exercise, education, and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
